{"id":38,"date":"2020-01-17T14:10:39","date_gmt":"2020-01-17T11:10:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/beta-air.ru\/en\/?page_id=38"},"modified":"2020-04-29T23:07:46","modified_gmt":"2020-04-29T20:07:46","slug":"naskd-200","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/beta-air.ru\/en\/naskd-200\/","title":{"rendered":"NASKD-200"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"western\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>The Family of Test Equipment for helicopters and aircraft avionics MRO<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">The <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">NASKD-200 <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">family of automated test equipment is developed and manufactured by BETA AIR company based on contemporary technologies for the use in process of aircraft and helicopter maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">NASKD-200 <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">allows to replace the outdated test benches and reduce operating costs for test equipment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">NASKD-200<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> complies to contemporary requirements to ground automated test equipment such as Russian standards <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">GOST 18731-83, GOST 19919-74, OST 1 01154-87, OST 1 02553-85, OST 1 00242-89, OST 1 00356-85, GOST 19838-82 <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">and international specifications such as <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">ARINC\u00a0608A, ARINC\u00a0625, ARINC 668<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">NASKD-200 has successfully passed the necessary testing and was included in the national list of measuring equipment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span lang=\"en-US\">With the purpose to fully cover testing tasks on avionics in MRO process, BETA AIR has developed the following NASKD-200 modifications:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">NASKD-200MB \u2013 for workshop testing of avionics dismantled from aircraft or helicopter<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">NASKD-200PR \u2013 for testing of avionics on board the helicopter without dismantling.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"western\"><span lang=\"en-US\">For special needs of operators, BETA AIR developed other NASKD-200 modifications:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span lang=\"en-US\">&#8212; Maintenance<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span lang=\"en-US\">&#8212; Scheduled maintenance<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span lang=\"en-US\">&#8212; On-demand unscheduled maintenance<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span lang=\"en-US\">&#8212; Repair &amp; Overhaul<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span lang=\"en-US\">&#8212; Incoming inspection <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">in production, MRO and operation<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span lang=\"en-US\">&#8212; Fault isolation and troubleshooting<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span lang=\"en-US\">&#8212; Adjustment and tuning<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span lang=\"en-US\">NASKD-200 <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">can be used for various types of helicopters and aircraft:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span lang=\"en-US\">&#8212; Mil Mi-8, Mi-17, M-171, Mi-26<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span lang=\"en-US\">&#8212; Kamov Ka-32, Ka-226<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span lang=\"en-US\">&#8212; Ilyushin IL-76, Tupolev Tu-204, Beriev Be-200<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span lang=\"en-US\">&#8212; Boeing, Airbus<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span lang=\"en-US\">&#8212; and others.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span lang=\"en-US\">NASKD-200 is capable of testing wide range of avionics:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span lang=\"en-US\">&#8212; Flight and navigation equipment<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span lang=\"en-US\">&#8212; Aerometric instruments and air signal systems<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span lang=\"en-US\">&#8212; Radio communication equipment<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span lang=\"en-US\">&#8212; Radar equipment<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span lang=\"en-US\">&#8212; Display equipment<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span lang=\"en-US\">&#8212; Electrical equipment<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span lang=\"en-US\">&#8212; Light equipment<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span lang=\"en-US\">&#8212; Control units of:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span lang=\"en-US\">&#8212; Power plant<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span lang=\"en-US\">&#8212; Anti-icing<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span lang=\"en-US\">&#8212; Fire-extinguishing<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span lang=\"en-US\">&#8212; Air conditioning<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span lang=\"en-US\">&#8212; Cabin pressure control<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span lang=\"en-US\">At present, NASKD-200 is capable of testing around 1000 items.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span lang=\"en-US\">The NASKD-200MB and NASKD-200PR set allows to cover the majority of tasks of avionics testing both in workshop, and onboard.
